Mosaic is a community, not an institution. So, we gather weekly for story-telling, prayer, and worship. Sunday Gatherings lure us from the trappings of ‘same stuff, different day’ kind of living and remind us again of God’s purposes in the world. They're one way we choose to celebrate God’s love and renewal with one another.
YOU BELONG HERE
Regardless of where you are in your spiritual journey, you are welcome at Mosaic.
The doors open at 10:30a, and our formal Gathering begins at 10:45a. There is usually 15-20 min of music, 5-10 min of someone sharing their story, and a 25 min message. Please join us this Sunday at 1221 Marin Ave, 94706.
A mosaic for kiddos
Kid’s Mosaic exists to help children experience God on their level, with interactive Bible stories, games and crafts. We have 3 classrooms for kids: 0-22 months, 2-3 years, 4 and up. The children are dismissed to their classrooms after the music portion of the gathering.
Also, we place a strong emphasis on keeping our children safe. Every volunteer with Kid's Mosaic goes through an application process and background check.
The mission of the church is peacemaking. It’s understanding the stranger in his/her "strangeness", respecting their story, and–instead of colonizing them into one of us–working to love them for who they are in their context. ‘Other People’ is a 4-week series aimed at exploring how we do this together.
